General Enquiries
- What makes our product different from the rest? Every product in our store has went through strict quality checks internally before we shipped out to our customer. Our products are all top of the line goods which we hand picked and tried before bringing in for sale. This is to ensure that our customers receive the best product we can offer. - Can I place an order via phone? Yes, do call in to our store at 6635 2688 and one of our staff will assist you in placing your order via phone. - Can I place an order and send it as a gift to someone else? Yes, just key in the the other party details in the shipping address so that we can ship it out to the person. - Can I pick up from your store after I placed an order? Yes, do contact our store at 6635 2688 before coming down to collect your product at 190 Middle Road #01-30.
Payment Method
- What kind of payment method do you accept? We accept 3 forms of payment: Paypal, Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer. - Can I make payment via bank transfer? Yes, we do accept bank transfer. Please transfer the amount to UOB Current Account: 456-3453-847and send us an email of the proof of transfer to rongxuan0130@gmail.com - Can I do cash on delivery? Cash on delivery payment method is only applicable for seller own delivery. It's not valid for any other payment method beside that.
Processing Time
- How long is the processing time? Orders are usually processed in 2-3 working days, however we will do our best to process all orders as soon as possible so that you'll be able to receive your item as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
- What Shipping Option are Available? We have 3 Shipping Option available. EasyParcel, Singpost and Seller Own Delivery. Pick the shipping option that you're most comfortable with. - Do you accept Overseas Delivery? We do accept overseas delivery. However overseas delivery charges will have to be borne by the customer. Delivery charges may change according to the place of delivery. - Can the delivery timing be arranged? Delivery timing cannot be arranged as it is determined by the shipping provider. However we can make a note of your preferred timing for you to the shipping provider directly. - Do you provide Same Day delivery? We do provide same day delivery, however same day delivery is only available for seller own deliver and not any other shipping method. - What's the Cut Off Time for Same Day Delivery? All same day delivery orders have to be sent in by 12pm of the day of delivery. Any order after 12pm will be taken as next day delivery. - Can I change my delivery address after the order is confirmed? Delivery Address cannot be changed after order is confirmed. - Do you provide Free Shipping? Free Shipping is provided to orders that are valued at $200 and above!

- How will I be able to track my delivery? You will be able to track your delivery via the shipping provider website. If you've picked EasyParcel, please track your delivery via https://www.easyparcel.sg/?pg=EasyTrack If you've pick Singpost Registered Mailing, please track your delivery via https://www.singpost.com/track-items If you've pick Seller Own Delivery, we'll contact you with the shipment details and estimate time of delivery.
Returns and Exchange
- I've received the item, however the item is damaged how do I go about making the exchange? Please contact us at 6635 2688 for the exchange of the damaged goods. Our staff will assist you with the exchange of the product. - Can I exchange the product after I received it? Exchange can only be done for items of the same value or higher value. If item is of a higher value, the customer will need to top up the difference in price on their own. Item will have to be in its original sealed packaging for any exchange. Rong Xuan has the right to declined exchanges if the original packaging has been damaged. - When is the last day I can request for an exchange? Please make your exchange request in 5 working days upon receiving the product. Any exchange request that exceeds 5 working days, Rong Xuan has the right to decline. - Can an item be refunded? Goods sold are strictly non-refundable.
